Hi BACCers - I'm in the market for a Cobra. I've been primarily looking on Cobra Country, Club Cobra and Bring a Trailer. Is there anyplace else I should be looking? Please let me know if you, or anyone you know is interested in selling a Cobra. I live in Walnut Creek. I'm looking forward to participating in some of your events. Thanks and all the best, Joe

Avoiding SB100 is probably not going to be an option, but the process is pretty simple, a couple of checks at CHP and/or BAR (Las Positas College) then DMV with the signed paperwork. But folks at breakfast will be able to give you detailed info on getting through easily.
See ya,
Mike
Thanks Mike - My objective is to avoid the SB100 process. I was hoping that if the cars year is 1965, it's exempt from SB100. But that's my hope, possibly not reality?
I am talking to Ken and he does seem like a great guy. thanks for vouching for him.
I'll see you at a meeting.
Joe

Hi Again BACCers,
I have a question about title transfers / registration. I'm looking at a Cobra currently registered in Oregon. It's registered as a 1965 Ford (no model description). There's not a SB100 certificate. Can I walk into a California DMV office and transfer title into my name? I want to make sure I don't have to 'jump through a lot of hoops' or have any unexpected surprises.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Joe. I have a Superformance for sale as well as a CSX 4000. Email me and I can give you details. Mustangmann541@gmail.com thanks. Ken Mann
