- Mike Tirri and Reno Morella are doing it again. A trip to Yosemite National Park
Well, it is time to sign-up before all of the space is gone!
Trip to Yosemite:
Start Friday June 8th and return on Sunday June 10th.
To Yosemite:
FRIDAY
- The starting point has yet to be determined, however road conditions permitting we are planning a little
different routing this year that will take us directly to Yosemite via hwy 120 over Tioga Pass for a box lunch
picnic (details to follow) in Toulmne Meadows. From there we will drive through the park to our hotel (Cedar
Lodge) and have a little reception on the river banks just like last year. If anyone is still interested in dinner on
Friday night your are on your own.
HOTEL
- We reserved 30 rooms at the Cedar Lodge at a rate of $112.00 plus tax per night, up $10.00 from last year.
Room rates and information:
Cut-off period is 30 days prior to arrival date.
RESERVATIONS:
- Individual guests must contact Cedar Lodge to reserve their own rooms. They will be asked to
provide a credit card number, which will be charged for their first night's stay (room and tax) as an Advance
Deposit
at the time the reservation is made.
CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Routine cancellation policy will apply, which is as follows:
• $7.50 fee for all cancellations.
• Reservations cancelled within seven days of scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of $7.50
• plus 25% of the Advance Deposit mentioned above.
• Reservations cancelled after 4:00 p.m. on scheduled arrival date will forfeit entire Advance Deposit.
Schedule:
Friday afternoon/evening:
- At about 6:00PM we'll have the BACC Yosemite reception (appetizer platters and soft drinks will be available)
Saturday In The Park
- Admission to the Park
Saturday morning After breakfast we’ll head out to the park, about 9 miles from the hotel .
Saturday night
- We’ll drive to the Yosemite View Lodge (about 7miles from our hotel) for a family style dinner banquet.
The restaurant bar is down stairs from the our banquet room for drinks also if you chose to bring a bottle of
wine for your dinner there is a $10.00 corking fee (To be paid individually, not included in the registration).

Cost:
- We will be collecting $50.00 per person which will included:
• Friday reception with Cold cuts and cheese platters
• Saturday night dinner and raffle
Trip from Yosemite
On Sunday morning after breakfast we'll head back to the Bay Area--routing TBA

Important: In keeping with our tradition of smaller more social events, there are only 30 rooms available in our block.

- This is the easiest and quickest way to insure you are registered for BACC Yosemite
- Click the "Register Online" button and you will go to an easy to complete form where you can sign-up
- After submitting your registration, you then see the secure payment page where you can pay for the
event. - Payment is via a shopping cart. Final Payment will be on the secure Paypal site where you can opt to
use your Paypal account or for non-Paypal members you can use a credit card.
